Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Enagrams (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Enagrams provides a shared coordination layer for AI coding agents. The Service allows teams to log decisions, detect conflicts between agents, and share context across concurrent coding sessions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@enagrams.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• —Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
• —Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• —Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• —Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written permission.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of any decisions, notes, or metadata you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not store your source code. We store decisions, file paths, and session metadata. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate applicable laws or the rights of any third party.

5. Fees and Payment

The Service is available under a free tier and paid plans as described on our pricing page. Paid plan fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Enagrams and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Service to you. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain your data for a period of 30 days to allow for account recovery before permanent deletion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enagrams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
